Location: Ashton-under-Lyne
A leading educational institution in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking an EHCP High Needs & Transition Coordinator to support students with additional learning needs. The coordinator will work closely with the Learning Support Coordinator to enhance the learner journey for students with Education Health and Care Plans. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience in supporting students with disabilities, ensuring academic and social success.
They will also manage EHCP tracking and foster relationships with schools and local authorities.
