Progress Tutor

Are you a Progress Tutor who is skilled and a highly motivated individual looking to join our established team? You will inspire every student to reach their full potential regardless of their starting point. We'd love to hear from you.

• Deliver a proportionate caseload of group tutorials across a variety of levels and curriculum areas, focusing on personal development, behaviour, welfare and employability.
• Work alongside curriculum teams to break down barriers and ensure all students achieve successful academic and social outcomes.
• Monitor attendance, achievement and progression of students within an educational setting.
• Apply knowledge of issues faced by young people with barriers to learning (social, emotional, behavioural) to motivate students with diverse needs.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills, remain calm, and use problem‑solving approaches to manage challenging situations.

• Enthusiasm, resilience and motivation.
• Relevant level 4 qualification or equivalent, plus a level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
• Experience supporting learners across a range of curriculum areas in an educational environment.
• Experience with target-setting and monitoring of learners.
• Proven track record delivering personal development sessions or similar.
