Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term
Salary: £88.92-£109.99 Per Day

Monarch Education is recruiting a committed and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Hyde (SK14). This full-time role requires someone confident supporting pupils across the entire primary phase, leading targeted interventions and providing effective SEN support.

• Full-time Level 3 TA position within a supportive primary setting
• Deliver 1:1 and small‑group interventions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO
• Support classroom routines, learning activities and behaviour management
• Contribute to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment

• Level 3 qualified
• Experienced working across the primary age range
• Confident delivering targeted literacy and numeracy interventions
• Skilled in supporting pupils with SEN, including SEMH, ASD or learning needs
• Patient, proactive and able to build strong relationships with pupils
• A team player with good communication and organisational skills
