Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Primary

Aspire People are recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools across Manchester. We have both daily supply and long-term opportunities available. These roles are ideal for Teaching Assistants looking for flexibility or those seeking a pathway into a permanent school role.

• Whole‑class support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional help.
• Assisting with phonics, guided reading and maths groups.
• Supporting pupils with mild SEND needs.
• Preparing classroom resources and displays.
• Supervising break times where required.

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Recent experience in a UK primary school within the last 2 years.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
