Reeson Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in the M34 area. This full-time, long‑term Primary Teacher role will begin as soon as possible and involves teaching a Year 4 class within a supportive and well-established KS2 team.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this Primary Teacher position – applications without QTS will not be considered.

• Lead a Year 4 class as a full-time Primary Teacher
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
• Support pupils of varying abilities to make strong academic progress
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively
• Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to meet individual learning needs
• Promote positive behaviour and high expectations within the classroom
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Contribute to the wider life of the school as a committed Primary Teacher
• Support pupils’ personal, social and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with the KS2 team and senior leadership

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Recent experience teaching within KS2 in a UK primary school
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Year 4 expectations
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
• Ability to differentiate learning to support a range of abilities and needs
• Enthusiastic, organised and committed Primary Teacher
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Full‑time availability for a long‑term role
