We are looking to appoint a professional and supportive individual to deliver a professional, efficient and effective administrative support service to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will work in accordance with the school’s agreed policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, maintaining confidentiality and upholding high professional standards in this busy and varied role.
Role OverviewAs the PA to the Headteacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Headteacher’s office, managing a range of responsibilities.

- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Handles sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Works proactively and is able to anticipate the needs of the Headteacher
This is a permanent appointment subject to a 6-month probationary period. The normal hours of work are 36 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 additional days which may be worked flexibly.
