• Exceptional behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
• Practical experience supporting pupils with SEMH, trauma, and complex needs
• A strong understanding of inclusive, relationship-led teaching
• Specialist training in trauma-informed and restorative approaches
• A clear pathway into SEND, pastoral leadership, and inclusion roles

You'll work with pupils aged 5-16 who thrive with structure, consistency, and positive role models.

• Delivering and adapting engaging lessons to meet diverse SEMH needs
• Building strong, trusting relationships to support emotional regulation
• Using behaviour and de-escalation strategies to create a calm, focused environment
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to re-engage learners
• Collaborating with pastoral teams, SEN specialists, and behaviour mentors
• Creating a safe, structured, and supportive classroom culture

  • Willing to obtain (or already hold) an Enhanced DBS
