Aspire People are working with primary schools looking to appoint an experienced KS2 Teacher who can confidently deliver high-quality teaching and support pupils to achieve strong outcomes.

This role is ideal for a teacher with solid KS2 experience who enjoys creating engaging lessons, building strong relationships with pupils, and contributing positively to the wider school community.

The successful candidate will be a confident and reflective practitioner who can make an immediate impact within the classroom.

• Teaching across Key Stage 2
• Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
• Supporting pupils to achieve their academic potential
• Using assessment to identify and close learning gaps
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and progress
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

• Hold QTS
• Have strong experience teaching within KS2 (M2+ or equivalent)
• Have excellent curriculum knowledge
• Be confident managing a classroom independently
• Be committed to raising attainment
• Have a positive and professional teaching approach
