Salary: £650-£1010 per week (ECTs welcome)

Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term (September
- July 2027)

The Role and School

Are you an enthusiastic, engaging, and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity within a welcoming mainstream primary school in Dukinfield? We are seeking a passionate teacher to join a supportive school community from September, with the potential for an earlier start for the right candidate.

This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and motivate pupils across the primary age range while working alongside a collaborative and experienced staff team. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching, fostering positive relationships, and creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

  • Effectively manage classroom behaviour and promote high expectations.

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues from day one.

  • Plan, prepare, assess, and adapt learning to support pupil progress.

  • Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider school team to contribute to the school's continued success.

Requirements
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or a PGCE qualification.

  • Have previous experience teaching within a primary school setting.

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.

  • Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering outstanding teaching.

  • Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirements for this position are:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Previous classroom teaching experience

Successful applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS and reference checks in line with safeguarding requirements.
