Teaching Personnel is recruiting an inspiring SEMH Teacher to join a specialist secondary school in Tameside from September.
This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who believes that relationships come before results—and understands that every small success can be life-changing.
You’ll teach and support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, creating engaging lessons that inspire students to reconnect with learning and achieve their potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Building strong, positive relationships with pupils.
- Supporting behaviour through consistency and positive reinforcement.
- Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, pastoral teams and senior leaders.
We are looking for:
- Qualified Teachers.
- ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
- Teachers with experience in SEN, SEMH, PRUs, Alternative Provision or mainstream settings.
- Passionate educators who genuinely want to make a difference.
