Learning Support Officer – Role Information:

* Conducting specifically tailored 1:1 & small group support for children with SEN

* Creating warm and inspiring atmosphere for children throughout school day

* Creating and sustaining meaningful rapport with students

* Communicating with colleagues and reporting to school SENCO

* Located in one Oldham secondary school for full academic year

Learning Support Officer – Benefits:

* Paid £93 – £97 per day during term time

* Monday to Friday role from September 2026 to July 2027

* FREE online CPD courses across array of subjects

* Full-time position based in one secondary school

* Supportive and outgoing Head of SEND

Learning Support Officer –

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience supporting children in any capacity

* Psychology, Education Studies or Neuroscience graduates desirable

* Naturally outgoing and engaging individual with interest in teaching

* Open to full-time work beginning September 2026
