Teacher Active is proud to be working with a Good secondary school in Manchester who are looking to appoint an English Teacher. The school is committed to providing a positive learning environment where students are supported to achieve their potential.

The school is looking to take on an English Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP, teaching students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful English Teacher will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and support students with their progress in English.

• QTS with an English specialism
• Experience teaching English across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
