We are looking for a Careers and Progression Adviser for Inclusion to support our students with advice, guidance and careers development. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to make a valuable contribution and a real difference, inspiring students about their next steps and progression opportunities.

You will lead a very strong team and play a pivotal role in implementing the careers strategy, design and deliver high quality careers activities across the college. You will be working closely with teaching and support staff to develop students’ careers and progression. You will provide line management, motivate and inspire a team of Advisors to enable them thrive in their role.
What you’ll need:- Flexibility and a motivated approach to offering careers guidance and support, recent experience of providing information, advice and guidance.
- You will need up to date knowledge of careers frameworks and support.
- The successful candidate will hold a Level 6 or above qualification in Careers Guidance.
- You will also have experience of the issues facing young people with barriers to their learning and progression.
