Can you confidently teach Maths across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4?

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school based in Tameside, who are looking to appoint a Maths Teacher after the October half term. The school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher who can provide engaging Maths lessons and support pupils across KS3 and KS4.

The school is looking to take on a Maths Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful Maths Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, maintaining strong classroom management and ensuring pupils are supported to make progress.

The successful Maths Teacher will have:

• QTS is essential

• Experience teaching Maths across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4

• Strong knowledge of the secondary Maths curriculum

• Excellent classroom management

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
