We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Expeditor to join our team. This role is critical for ensuring timely delivery of materials, components, and documentation to support complex aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of aerospace standards, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesExpediting & Monitoring.
Track supplier progress against purchase orders and delivery schedules.
Monitor milestones; elevate delays and propose corrective actions.
Coordination & CommunicationServe as the primary liaison between operations, procurement, engineering, and supply chain.
Facilitate meetings and follow-ups to resolve issues promptly.
Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate records of supplier data, change orders, and compliance documentation.
Ensure adherence to aerospace standards (, AS9100) and project specifications.
Risk ManagementIdentify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.
Support supplier evaluation programs and assist with payment monitoring.
Experience2–5 years in project coordination, expediting, or supply chain within aerospace or manufacturing.
Technical SkillsFamiliarity with SAP would be a distinct advantage.
Use of MS applications (Excel, Project etc).
Understanding of aerospace quality principles (ISO / AS9100).
Soft SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred ExperienceKnowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and compliance audits.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
