Tameside Council is seeking a Senior Building Control Enforcement Officer to lead enforcement activity within its Building Control service. The role focuses on protecting the public, supporting development, and ensuring high standards of building safety.
You will identify unauthorised works, respond to dangerous buildings, coordinate remedial actions with contractors and emergency services, and maintain accurate case records and reports.
