What You’ll Do
  • Support Senior Recruitment Consultants by sourcing top talent for global businesses
  • Proactively find candidates using our database, Linked In and other recruitment platforms
  • Manage the entire candidate journey from first contact through to placement
  • Handle key administrative tasks such as CV formatting, interview coordination, advert posting and calendar management
What we’re looking for
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, detail-focused mindset
  • Strong computer proficiency with a keen eye for detail
  • Sales experience and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Customer service experience, interacting with clients either in person or over the phone
