The Role
As a Panel Beater, you'll play a key role in restoring accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest level of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out panel repairs using recognised repair methods and manufacturer guidelines.
· Remove, repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.
· Realign vehicle panels and chassis using specialist repair equipment.
· Work closely with Paint Technicians and other workshop colleagues to ensure an efficient repair process.
· Complete repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
· Carry out final quality inspections before vehicles progress to the next stage of repair.
· Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
· Follow all health and safety procedures and company quality standards.
About You
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Panel Beater who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and enjoys working within a busy bodyshop environment.
You should have:
· Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician.
· A strong understanding of modern vehicle repair techniques.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing first-class repairs.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential).
· A full UK driving licence.
