Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Cleaner to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the factory, production areas, and machinery to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning factory floors, production areas, and workstations.
• Cleaning and sanitising industrial machinery and equipment.
• Managing and clearing spillages safely and efficiently.
• Removing waste materials and ensuring designated disposal procedures are followed.
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout the site.
• Using industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Supporting production teams by ensuring work areas remain clean, safe, and operational.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within an industrial cleaning, factory cleaning, or manufacturing cleaning environment is essential.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures within an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude.
• Capable of carrying out manual cleaning duties.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
