The role oversees cleaning, security, and routine maintenance, with 30 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 6.30am–10.00am and 3.30pm–6.00pm). You will manage the cleaner, coordinate external contractors, and perform regular health and safety checks.
Applicants should have basic DIY skills and the ability to work to schedules while maintaining high cleaning standards. DBS check required as part of safeguarding.
