Overtime rates are £28.17 after 37 hours and £37.56 on double time

The Best Connection Oldham are currently recruiting a Machine Operative Nights for our client in the Ashton-Under-Lyne area.

A strong background in Machine Operation is essential to apply and we can only consider applications that indicate you've this experience.

Temp to perm role on offer - but can be via Best Connection for 12 months before transferring.

Lots of further training on offer, so you must have a thirst to develop your skill set.

• Monday to Wednesday - 37 hours per week - 6pm to 7am - lots of overtime on offer

• 18.78 per hour with £28.17 on Fridays & Saturdays until 1pm, After 1pm - £37.56 p/h

• Operating a 6 axis wickman machine - training given
• Basic Mechanical work
• Machine operating
• Measuring components
• Quality Control
• Elements of manual handling so physical fitness required

• Attention to detail.
• Ideally mechanically minded
• Strong machine background essential
• Recent checkable work history
• Repetitive duties during training period
• Must be able to travel to Bredbury in the future for work
• Must be comfortable working nights
• Flexibility for overtime

• Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
• 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
