Food production Operative

Kinetic Recruitment are seeking experienced Food Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Tameside. Please note that only candidates who meet the mandatory requirements below will be considered. If you do not have strong English and Maths skills AND previous food production experience, we will not be able to progress your application.

• Pack finished products into boxes.
• Lifting bags or boxes weighing up to 25kg.
• Conducting quality checks throughout production.
• Loading, palletising, and general line support.
• Working as part of a team while using your own initiative.
• Maintaining a consistent and fast work pace.
• Reading documents.
• Writing down important information.

• Previous food production experience; essential.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Numerical competency; expect a numerical test during registration.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely in a fast-moving environment.
• A team-player attitude with willingness to support colleagues.
• Reliability, good timekeeping, and proactive work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors.
• Ability to follow Health & Safety guidelines at all times.

• Hours:
  
  14:00 – 22:00 only.
• Pay: £12.21 per hour.
