Location: Ashton-under-Lyne
Handley James is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a key manufacturing value stream in the Greater Manchester area. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
You will develop and coach a multi-functional team, monitor KPIs, and lead Lean improvements to maximise manufacturing performance within a growing SME that is part of a larger group.
