JDR Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Production Team Leader Operative for a permanent position based in Dukinfield.
Key Duties- Stepping into a Supervisor role when required
- Operating mitre saws
- Setting moulding ranges
- Replenishing stock
- Supporting the Department Head in organising and setting up production staff
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
- Some supervisory or team leader experience is required
- Monday & Tuesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Pay:
Starting rate of £14.00 per hour (approximately £29,120 per year, depending on paid hours)
This is a permanent opportunity with a stable and supportive company.
