PPT FLT Warehouse Operative

Kinetic Industrial is recruiting on behalf of a large and well-established food production company in Ashton-under-Lyne. We are looking for a motivated and reliable FLT Counterbalance Driver with PPT/Stacker Truck licences to join a busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is fine on and off the trucks, enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career.

This is an on-going position with opportunities to go permanent and progress - all you need to do is turn up, work hard and show initiative!

As the Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver, you will be required to work Monday to Friday 1400 - 2200 - this is the only shift available.

• Operating FLT Counterbalance and PPT/Stacker Trucks
• Working both on and off the truck as required
• Using warehouse systems to input information and print labels
• Packing finished products into boxes
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Loading, unloading and palletising stock
• Assisting with the operation of production machinery
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
• Working efficiently within a busy warehouse and production environment

• A valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance Licence
• A valid PPT and/or Stacker Truck Licence
• Availability to work the permanent 2:00pm to 10:00pm shift
• Basic computer skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A reliable work ethic with a willingness to learn
