An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Nurse Hysteroscopist to join our team in the Gynaecology Outpatient department on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The successful post holder will be qualified to practice as an independent nurse hysteroscopist in accordance with the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopists (BSGE) and will work closely with the service lead and wider gynaecology team to ensure delivery of high-quality, accessible care for women requiring hysteroscopic examination.

• Work independently as an expert practitioner, managing a caseload of patients and performing diagnostic hysteroscopy procedures.
• Use critical decision-making processes to determine case management and perform treatment procedures.
• Collaborate with senior nursing and consultant staff to formulate development of clinical guidelines within the specialty.

• Post-registration qualification in specialty.
• Completion of the nationally recognised British Society Gynaecology Endoscopy (BSGE) Nurse Hysteroscopy Course.
• At least one year of experience.
