Senior Theatre Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Act as a clinical team leader assuming accountability for managing, coordinating and supervising the total service provided within the Theatre department.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Always act in a manner consistent with the NMC/HCPC Code of professional Conduct and carry out duties in accordance with the trust and unit policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Develop and implement local policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Participate fully as a member of the theatre senior team.
