The Role

Working as part of a supportive onsite team, you'll deliver a full occupational health service, with a strong focus on both immediate care and proactive health management.

Occupational Health Nurse

Key Responsibilities Emergency & Acute Care
  • Provide onsite emergency response and first-line treatment
  • Assess and manage a range of injuries and acute presentations
  • Participate in emergency response training and preparedness
Clinical & Treatment Services
  • Run nurse‑led clinics, assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Deliver evidence‑based care in a fast‑paced but controlled environment
Health Screening & Surveillance
  • Carry out pre‑employment and safety‑critical medicals
  • Deliver health surveillance including audiometry, spirometry and HAVS assessments
  • Support drug & alcohol testing and fitness for work assessments
Wellbeing & Prevention
  • Deliver health promotion initiatives and wellbeing campaigns
  • Provide lifestyle advice and support long‑term health improvements
  • Deliver engaging health talks and education sessions
About You Essential
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN), current NMC pin
  • Background in A&E, emergency care or acute settings (essential)
  • Confident working independently and making clinical decisions
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Happy to travel to sites in London and the South East
Desirable
  • Occupational Health experience (not essential training can be supported)
