Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Shop Manager based in Droylsden. The Retail Shop Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage a team of employees, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include managing stock levels, coordinating schedules, implementing sales strategies, ensuring a clean and organized store layout, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. The Retail Shop Manager will also track performance metrics and collaborate with leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively interact with both customers and team members
  • Operations and Store Management skills, with the ability to oversee scheduling, inventory management, and store performance
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering exceptional Customer Experience to build and retain client relationships
  • Experience in managing teams and fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Basic financial literacy for budgeting, sales tracking, and operational planning
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is highly desirable
