Are you enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and support in a vibrant golfing environment? Foxhills Collection is seeking a dedicated Golf Operations Assistant to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our renowned golf facilities at our prestigious establishment.

About Us:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall operation of the golf facilities, including the golf range, rental items and changing rooms.
• Greet and welcome members and guests, providing assistance with check-in, reservations, and inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the golf shop, locker rooms, and other public areas
• Assist with the set-up and coordination of golf events, tournaments, and outings
• Monitor pace of play on the golf course and assist in enforcing golf course rules and etiquette
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise in the golf shop

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment
• Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette and rules preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills for processing reservations and transactions
