The Works Stores Ltd is hiring a Retail Deputy Manager in Ashton-under-Lyne on a part-time 18.5 hour contract. You will support the Store Manager to lead the team, drive customer service, and maintain high operational standards.
You’ll help with stock, merchandising, and compliance while ensuring the store runs smoothly in the manager’s absence. You will motivate and coach teammates, recruit and train new staff, and contribute ideas to boost sales and efficiency.
