Car Sales Executive required in Taunton, Somerset.

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to contribute to their dynamic team.

• Competitive basic salary of £20,000
• OTE up to £45,000

• Monday to Saturday working week with one day off in the week and one late shift per week
• No Sundays required

• Engage customers to discuss their needs and present vehicle features effectively
• Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in valuations
• Arrange finance options, including cash and car loans
• Upsell accessories and after-sales services
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently as a Car Sales Executive
• Organise test drives and follow up with potential buyers
• Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships within the automotive industry
• Maintain thorough knowledge of current vehicle stock and market trends
• Ensure compliance with all relevant automotive sales regulations and standards

• Proven track record in motor vehicle sales is highly desirable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Self-motivated with a keen desire to succeed
• Previous experience in a main dealer environment is preferred but not essential
• Valid UK driving licence
