Conduct comprehensive Care Act assessments to ensure individuals receive tailored and appropriate support.

Undertake safeguarding investigations to protect vulnerable adults from harm and abuse.

Provide duty support and respond effectively to urgent or complex situations.

Manage Court of Protection matters, including S21A challenges, with professionalism and legal awareness.

Review and amend care packages to ensure outcomes are being met effectively.

Work collaboratively within the East Team, contributing to the 3C’s process to deliver high-quality services.

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.

Experience with in Adults Social Care.

Strong working knowledge of the Care Act, safeguarding procedures, and Court of Protection processes.

Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload independently.
