Tameside Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) team, providing assessments and co-ordinating services for disabled children and their families in a multi‑agency environment.
You'll work across Child in Need and Looked After Children pathways, guided by the Heart of Support practice and the 5 Cs, with a strong induction and support network. 36 hours per week, fixed-term until September 2027, based at Jubilee Gardens and Tameside One.
