The Tameside & Glossop District Nursing Service are recruiting Band 5 Community Staff Nurses to work across the 5 neighbourhoods of Tameside. You will be allocated a team base on appointment with an induction facilitator and buddy support.
Newly qualified applicants may undertake a preceptorship programme, and you may work across localities as required. You will join a new and developing integrated organisation, working within a Multidisciplinary Team in the Community, assessing patient care
