We are seeking an experienced and proactive Air Export Operator to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong air freight knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage end-to-end air export operations, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities  
Coordinate day-to-day air export operations from booking through to final delivery.
Prepare and process export documentation, including AWBs, customs entries, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Liaise with airlines, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Track and monitor export shipments, resolving any issues proactively.
Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and security protocols.
Provide accurate quotations and support the sales team with operational expertise.
Maintain excellent customer relationships by providing timely updates and professional communication.
Contribute to continuous process improvement within the export department.  Skills & Experience Required  
Previous experience in air freight export operations (essential).
Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
Pricing

Proficiency in freight forwarding systems and Microsoft Office.
