We have an excellent opportunity for a Skilled Utility Operative. The primary focus will be the maintenance of Highway Drainage, operating gully cleansing plant, high‑pressure jetting, driving, and may include other duties such as assisting with Street Lighting repairs and maintenance.

• Maintain Highway Drainage systems, operate gully cleansing plant.
• Perform high‑pressure jetting.
• Drive HGV Class 2 vehicles.
• Assist with Street Lighting repairs and maintenance as required.
• Carry out any other duties appropriate to the grading of the post.

• Physically fit.
• Experience working on highways and operating highway plant and machines.
• Full understanding of relevant health and safety requirements.
• Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
