Provide assistance with walking, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by the healthcare team;
Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary;
Engage clients in meaningful activities, provide conversation and emotional support, and encourage participation in hobbies or social interactions.
