Tax Senior Manager - Tampa

Beech Valley's client, a top 100 CPA firm, is seeking a Tax Senior Manager in the following locations:
Atlanta, Nashville, and Tampa. These are full-time, direct-hire opportunities with competitive salary and benefits.

The Tax Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for a diverse client base and is expected to use their experience to advise clients and develop a trusted advisor relationship. This professional leads and mentors tax teams, reviews complex tax returns, manages client relationships, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• 7+ years of tax experience within a public accounting and/or consulting firm, or equivalent experience in industry tax leadership
• CPA, EA license, or another recognized certification is required
• Client-oriented work ethic, committed to high-quality results
• Creative problem-solving skills with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients
• Experience in healthcare, financial institution, and real estate industries will enhance qualifications (not required)

• Lead clients and teams with excellence in project management and relationship development
• Advise clients on a variety of tax issues, resulting in successful completion of tax planning, advisory, accounting, and compliance projects while maintaining focus on client service excellence
• Develop a team of tax consultants and other subject matter experts to ensure exceptional client service
• Cultivate existing business client relationships and advance opportunities with new prospect leads
