Accountant - Bilingual; Spanish & English

iGas is a fast-growing global leader in the HVAC refrigerant industry. We're dedicated to innovation, great service, and operational excellence. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Accountant I to join our team.

• Maintain and process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions accurately and on time
• Record invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Reconcile accounts, review ledgers, and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Support month-end close activities and assist with reports and audits
• Track collections, vendor payments, and cash flow to meet department goals
• Use Excel to analyze data, create reports, and manage financial details (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth accounting operations
• Maintain organized records and a high level of accuracy in every task

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - Required
• No prior experience required - We will train you!
• Strong Excel skills - Proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data organization
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong results-driven and problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication in English and Spanish
