Location: Tampa, FL
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days/week in-office)
Compensation: $120,000–$135,000 base + bonus

A top-tier national CPA firm, recognized in 2025 for its outstanding workplace culture, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its growing Tampa office in a high‑visibility leadership role. This position offers direct client exposure, the opportunity to mentor and develop high‑performing teams, and the chance to oversee complex tax engagements as a trusted advisor—while benefiting from a structured hybrid schedule that supports work‑life balance.
Responsibilities- Manage and review individual, partnership, S‑Corp, and other entity tax returns
- Lead client engagements and deliver proactive, high‑quality tax solutions
- Perform complex tax research and advise on technical matters
- Mentor, coach, and develop associates and senior staff
- Support business development and cross‑functional initiatives
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership and specialty teams
- 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting or industry
- Active CPA required; MST preferred
- Strong technical tax expertise with client‑facing experience
- Proven leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset
