We specialize in employee time and labor data collection, providing biometric time clocks and cloud-based data collection software used by workforce management providers and large enterprise Workday customers.

As our operations continue to expand, we are strengthening our financial function with an experienced Senior Accountant who can take full ownership of company-wide accounting.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Accountant (Accounting Lead) who will be responsible for the entire accounting function
, including oversight of two team members who currently manage daily accounting tasks.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate is independent, analytical, detail‑oriented, strong in communication, and comfortable working across departments (HR, Operations, Sales, Implementation, Support).

Key Responsibilities Accounting Leadership- Lead and oversee the accounting function
- Supervise and guide two team members handling operational accounting
- Strengthen accounting workflows, documentation, and internal controls
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams
- Manage full‑cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Oversee payroll processing and payroll accounting (system‑neutral)
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain the General Ledger and ensure GAAP compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support the month‑end and year‑end close
- Oversee sales tax reporting and compliance with external consultants
- Work within the Zoho Books and Zoho Finance applications
- Provide accurate reports, reconciliations, and schedules for leadership
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation for internal and external requirements
- Manage the company expense policy and reimbursements
- Maintain an organized, secure financial file structure
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of confidential financial data
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
- Experience supervising or reviewing the work of other accounting staff
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a growing, fast‑paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)
- Experience with Zoho Books, Net Suite, Quick Books, or similar systems
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
