Senior Accountant

Seven Seas Water Group (SSWG) is a portfolio company owned by investment funds managed by EQT. With operations across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America, SSWG delivers over 20 billion gallons of water annually through a portfolio of more than 200 treatment plants.

• Preparation of month‑end close journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis to support the financial close process in compliance with US GAAP.
• Analyze financial results and conduct variance analysis of actuals vs budget.
• Assist in researching accounting policies and compliance as necessary.
• Support the annual audit with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Problem‑solving and independent decision‑making regarding accounting and reconciliation functions.

• Excellent computer skills, preferably with a market‑leading ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Edwards, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross‑functionally with all teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP with experience in accounting research.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work well with team members and other departments at all levels within the organization.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑growth business environment.

• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Public accounting experience required;
  Big Four experience preferred.
