Accounting Manager

Our fast-growing and well-established company is seeking a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager located in Tampa, FL. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a solid managerial skills, understanding of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting department
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers
• Key liaison between headquarters Accounting team and all oversea subsidiary divisions
• Familiar with international accounting & tax practice
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage the company's general ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
• Manage monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports, including budget variance analysis
• Manage the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage audits, both internal and external, and provide necessary documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency
• Recruit and develop Accounting talents
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

• 3-5 years of accounting managerial experience
• Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and other accounting software such as Quick Books, Dynamics
  365 Business Central, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• CPA or working towards CPA certification is a plus but not required
• Bilingual preferred (Mandarin or Spanish)
• Able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
