Accounts Payable Coordinator

Segrera Associates is looking for an Accounts Payable who will be responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions of the company, with a focus on accounts payable, vendor management, and accurate record keeping. The ideal candidate will have high volume AP experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into accounting system
• Ensure proper approvals and matching with purchase orders/delivery tickets
• Schedule and process payments (checks, ACH, credit card)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain W-9 forms and assist with 1099 preparation
• Assist with monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Enter and classify daily financial transactions
• Maintain general ledger and assist in month-end closing

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting highly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Accounting software, preferable Netsuite
