• Manage preparation of individual, partnership, S-Corp, and other entity tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and develop solutions for complex client situations.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to associates to support their development.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork across the organization.
• Participate in business growth and client relationship initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to integrate other specialists into client solutions.

• 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting or industry.
• CPA license required; MST a plus.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions in a team-oriented environment.
