Robert Half is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll work with a variety of our clients while enjoying the stability, benefits, and career growth of a long-term role with Robert Half.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Accountant within Robert Half's FTEP program, you will:

+ Support mid-size to large organizations across a variety of industries.

+ Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

+ Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.

+ Assist with technical accounting, process improvements, audit support, and complex reporting.

+ Work within major ERP systems and contribute to system-related projects or enhancements.

+ Collaborate with client finance teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of deliverables.

+ Adapt quickly to new environments while maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.

Requirements

+ A minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with mid-size to large companies.

+ Experience using large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

+ Technical accounting exposure (ASC guidance, revenue recognition, lease accounting, etc.) strongly preferred.

+ Public accounting experience (Big 4 or regional firm) is a strong plus.

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CPA-track preferred.

+ Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in dynamic client environments.
