• Daily bookkeeping in Quick Books Online
• Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
• Payroll and commission calculations
• Job costing and margin tracking
• Accounts payable and receivable oversight
• Monthly financial reporting for leadership
• Coordination with CPA for tax readiness

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Construction or service‑based business experience required
• Strong Quick Books Online skills
• Experience with payroll and job costing
• High attention to detail and documentation
