Part-Time Bookkeeper

Our client, a well-established organization, is looking for a polished, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to own the day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is a small-team, on-site role with a direct-hire, part-time schedule. • Direct hire, part-time
• 2–3 days per week, averaging 20–25 hours (standard business hours)
• $25–$30/hour, based on experience
• On-site

• Own the full AP and AR cycle from start to finish
• Accounts payable: enter vendor invoices, process check and ACH runs, and reconcile accounts
• Accounts receivable: handle cash deposits, billing and collections
• Pick up ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly

• 3–5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Comfort working independently as the sole bookkeeper on a small team
• Strong professionalism and discretion, with a polished presence for regular contact with families, staff and leadership
• Reliable data entry skills and close attention to accuracy
• A flexible, team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
