As an Accounting Specialist, you'll work closely with Accounting and Operations teams, providing visibility across the business while supporting critical financial processes. The Accounting Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting the organization's overall financial health.

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Generate customer invoices, apply incoming payments, and maintain customer account records
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances while researching and resolving discrepancies
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collections activities to support cash flow
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing, payment, and account-related issues

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting experience
• Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma required;
  Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities

• Hands-on experience across both AP and AR functions
• Exposure to high-volume transactions, reconciliations, and month-end accounting processes
